Privacy policy

This policy explains how Book a Mandap uses the information you give us when you enquire about mandap hire.

What we collect

When you send an enquiry we receive your name, email address, phone number and the wedding details you choose to share, such as your date, venue, location, guest count and message.

How we use it

We use your details only to respond to your enquiry, prepare a quote and, if you book, deliver your mandap. We never sell your information or use it for unrelated marketing.

How long we keep it

We keep enquiry details for as long as needed to respond and, if you book, for the period required for our business records.
