Every mandap is quoted individually, because each one is designed around your venue, date, design and florals. Contact us with your wedding details and we'll send you a clear, itemised quote.

Our quotes include the mandap structure, standard drapery and styling, delivery, installation on the day and removal afterwards within our main service area. Fresh florals, upgraded furniture, aisle décor and lighting can be added and will be listed separately on your quote.

Most couples book 6 to 12 months ahead, and peak summer weekends and auspicious dates fill up first. If your wedding is sooner, still get in touch: we can often help at shorter notice.

Once you're happy with your design and quote, a 25% deposit secures your date. The remaining balance is due 4 weeks before the wedding. We'll confirm everything in writing.

Delivery and installation are included across London and the surrounding areas, including Middlesex, Berkshire, Buckinghamshire and Hertfordshire. For venues further afield we add a travel charge, which we'll always show clearly on your quote.

Yes. Every mandap in our collection can be adapted: colours, drapery, florals, furniture, size and lighting. Many couples start with a design they love and personalise it to their palette and venue.

Yes. If you have a vision of your own, share your ideas and inspiration images and we'll design a mandap around them, then talk you through what's possible for your venue and budget.

Both. Fresh flowers bring scent and natural movement, while premium faux florals hold their shape all day and suit outdoor or very warm venues. Many of our designs combine the two, and we'll recommend the best option for your setting.

Yes. You're welcome to view our mandaps in person by appointment, so you can see the structures, fabrics and finishes up close before you decide. We can also share detailed photos and videos of each design.

Most mandaps need a footprint of around 3m × 3m to 5m × 5m, plus space around them for the priest, family and photographer. Ceiling height matters too: most of our designs need around 3m to 4m of clearance. Each mandap page lists its approximate footprint, and we'll check your venue's dimensions before confirming.

Yes. We coordinate directly with your venue on access times, loading, power, fire regulations and any restrictions, so you don't have to be the middle person.

Absolutely. Our outdoor mandaps use weighted bases and weather-resistant materials, and we check ground conditions with your venue in advance. We'll always agree a wet-weather plan, usually moving the mandap indoors, so your ceremony is safe whatever the forecast.

It depends on your venue's fire policy. Many venues allow a small, contained havan; others require an alternative such as a controlled fire bowl or LED flame. We'll check the rules with your venue and design around them.

Yes. We carry public liability insurance, and we can provide certificates and risk assessments to your venue on request.

Most installations take 2 to 4 hours, depending on the size of the design and the florals. We arrange arrival times with your venue so everything is finished and checked well before your guests arrive.

We usually remove the mandap after the ceremony or at the end of the evening, depending on what suits you and your venue. Removal is included in your quote.

Yes. Seating for the couple, parents and priest is included with most designs, and we can upgrade to statement chairs, sofas or traditional low seating to match your mandap.
